The service was awesome in the hotel. Before check-in, I was added to a WhatsApp group, and what I needed I messaged in the WhatsApp group. All my requests were met with in no time. I have not experienced WhatsApp groups for service before. For breakfast, hotel shared an online Google form one night before. I ordered my breakfast through that form. Breakfast was also amazing. Everything was great.

The overall experience was good. The standards are high compared to other similar places in Karachi even if its not perfect. They are always ready to help and do their best to satisfy customer. I recommend this place for anyone who looks for a clean and modern place in a safe and calm area.

They made the effort to provide a reasonable service. Some of the staff are amazing. The breakfast was ok.. not alot of variety . Hammad salafi very good customer service and tried his best. I would stay again but ensure the room is cleaned and only clean materials are used. I do wish standards are improved. This is certainly or can be the best guest house , just needs direction and quality standards to be improved.

I recently stayed at Hamsun for my solo trip, and I was very surprised by the excellent and fast service and courteous staff. The highlight of my stay was the clean room and excellent service. Since I was staying alone, it felt very comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend it to my friends and also anyone travelling to Karachi.

Ive had an amazing stay at Hamsun and have had much informative conversations with its super friendly and helpful staff. Felt really nice meeting the owner on my check out. What lovely people they are!! Rooms and beds are super comfy and Netflix served the nights beautifully. Its the place you want to be when you get back from a full and long day out. I highly recommend!!!

We went to Pakistan for my son wedding. We enjoy the stay, did not run into any issues. Staff was very polite and help full to arrange things we needed to go our wedding plans. Also good WiFi connection, no loadshadding of electric. Very cool rooms

Rating: We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hamsun Shahrah-e-Faisal for four nights, and we are delighted to share our exceptional experience with others. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Mr. Zafar, who ensured our stay was nothing short of remarkable. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious room we were provided. The ambiance of the room was inviting and made us feel right at home. We were pleased with the overall facilities offered by the hotel, which greatly contributed to our enjoyable stay. The room was equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge including a mini-bar, an iron stand, and a water dispenser that was regularly refilled. Additionally, the high-speed internet connection and complimentary Netflix service allowed us to relax and unwind during our downtime. What truly impressed us was the promptness and efficiency of the staff in meeting our needs. Whenever we required something, whether it was extra towels or room service, the staff responded promptly and delivered everything to our room within minutes. Their attentiveness to our requests made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. To our delight, the hotel also provided us with several complimentary items, further enhancing our experience. The thoughtfulness and generosity of the Hamsun team were truly commendable.

It was clean. There was TV with netflix pre-logged in. There was AC and the bathroom was better than I expected. Excellent service in regards to getting clothes pressed and getting the room cleaned. Would recommend!
